Tiki Anthony is the owner and operator of HR Intellectuals Consulting and Outsourcing Services. With over 15 years of experience in the world of human resources, Tiki has been privileged to serve major public sector organizations. With dedication and passion she has held positions with Prince George's County Public Schools, the Maryland Department of the Environment, the City of Alexandria, VA, and the Maryland Department of Transportation. As an HR professional she has partnered with all levels of management and staff to meet their strategic business needs. Tiki decided to take her wealth of knowledge and expertise to start HR Intellectuals for the purpose of serving small, start-up businesses that need guidance with their HR functions.

Tiki holds a bachelor's degree in Management Studies with a concentration in Human Resources Management from the University of Maryland, University College, and a master's degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University. She is also a member of the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).
